You may occasionally receive the following message when clicking on your Liopal URL from within your Instagram profile:
This message is from Instagram itself so Liopal has no control over when or why it happens.
Presumably, it is put in place by Instagram to check the links in your bio and make sure they’re not a security risk, as well as preventing you from fabricating your Instagram stats by clicking your own link in your bio. Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your Liopal. It is randomized and can happen to anyone - including non-Liopal users.
If this is preventing you from checking if your Liopal is working, you can try the suggestions below:
1. Open your Instagram profile in your internet browser (please make sure you're not logged in to Instagram in the app or web browser). You'll be able to see your profile from the point of view of other Instagrammers, and when you click on your Liopal link, it will open as normal.
2. Ask a friend to go to your profile to check your link is working.
3. Send a message to our support team ask us to check it for you! Be sure to send us your Instagram username or a link to your Instagram profile, so we can check it for you.
