1. Create your Liopal, sign up here.
2. Check your inbox for our verification email (check your junk folder if you can't see the email).
3. Click the link 'Verify Email' and instantly activate your account.

*Double check you've entered or registered the correct email address.
*Check your email's spam or Promotions (for Gmail) folders. If you found the email in these folders, mark them as "not spam" to make sure you receive future emails in your inbox.
*The verification link we email you will remain active for 72 hours. If it has expired, click the ‘Resend Verification Link’ button, and we’ll get a fresh link to you.
*If you have requested multiple verification emails, please ensure you are viewing the most recent.

After creating a Liopal card you see a page with two subMenu:
1. Settings: here you can create general settings of your Liopal cards, like your own username, Name, Profile picture, colors, Fonts, Branding and etc.

2. Blocks: here you see your already blocks.

yes, you can create and use multiple Liopal cards(up to 3 in Free accounts) and when you become a Liopal PRO you can create up to 10 Liopal Card. But if you need more than 10 Liopal Cards with one account please connect with our support team(support@liopal.com).

You may occasionally receive the following message when clicking on your Liopal URL from within your Instagram profile: This message is from Instagram itself so Liopal has no control over when or why it happens. Presumably, it is put in place by Instagram to check the links in your bio and make sure they’re not a security risk, as well as preventing you from fabricating your Instagram stats by clicking your own link in your bio. Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your Liopal. It is randomized and can happen to anyone - including non-Liopal users. If this is preventing you from checking if your Liopal is working, you can try the suggestions below: 1. Open your Instagram profile in your internet browser (please make sure you're not logged in to Instagram in the app or web browser). You'll be able to see your profile from the point of view of other Instagrammers, and when you click on your Liopal link, it will open as normal. 2. Ask a friend to go to your profile to check your link is working. 3. Send a message to our support team ask us to check it for you! Be sure to send us your Instagram username or a link to your Instagram profile, so we can check it for you. If you are still receiving this issue, you can try contacting Instagram directly via this form If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team via emailing support@Liopal.com.

Sometimes Facebook and Instagram's automated spam detection measure can incorrectly ban URLs that are legitimate. This applies to all URLs and platforms across the internet and is not isolated to Liopal.
Facebook has an important role to play in protecting users from spam content and it does an incredibly good job. If they have accidentally banned your link, the best thing to do is to report it as incorrect to Facebook and wait for them to unban you.
You can also raise a ticket with us, and we will reach out to our contacts at Facebook to escalate reports for you, and do our best to get you going as quickly as possible.
Before we can escalate with Facebook, it's important that you report the link as legitimate yourself.
1. Head to facebook debugger page.
2. Enter your Liopal URL in the field provided.
It will likely say '"We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our Community Standards" If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.
Click the link to let them know and leave a message to say you're legitimate.
Remember, Liopal is an incredibly useful tool to unify your content across all your social platforms and anywhere you share content. Facebook and Instagram are just two of these.
